Hemy-Sync technology
In this article, we introduce the reader to the Hemi-Sync technology. In particular, you will learn how to optimize the work of your brain.
Short story
The history of technology was born in the 1940s. And its founder was a certain self-taught master of repair radio receivers from the US, named Jose Silva.
Silva had a broad outlook, and besides his main profession he was fond of psychology and esotericism. Being the father of several daughters, Silva decided to improve their performance in school, and seriously engaged in experiments on the effects on brain activity. The technique was aimed at achieving and maintaining a state of mental functioning called the alpha state, where the frequency of brainwaves is from seven to fourteen Hz. In this state, a person is able to penetrate certain brain states of heightened awareness. And, consequently, there is a chance to acquire some super abilities.
In the 1960s, the Silva method received its worldwide recognition and fame, albeit not in academia.
In 1956, another American citizen, engineer Robert Monroe, founded his radio company. The latter began studying the effects of sound waves on the human mind, including the possibility of learning during sleep. Spending most of the experiments on himself, in 1958, Monroe quite unexpectedly experienced a state in which his consciousness was separated from the physical body – an out-of-body experience. Unlike Silva, Monroe’s activity attracted the attention of researchers in the scientific community, and medical specialists.
In 1974, the Monroe Institute was founded, and it still works today. Further study of brain stimulation in the laboratory led to the development of Hemi-Sync technology, based on the idea of synchronization of brain hemispheric frequencies with the help of binaural beats
How the human brain works
Our brain is divided into two hemispheres – left and right. According to the theory of interhemispheric asymmetry, the left hemisphere of the right-handers is associated with verbal skills, rational, logical and analytical thinking. Whereas the right hemisphere is associated with visual or spatial skills, emotions, musical abilities, intuition and imaginary thought. While the brain of the left-handers is inversed.
Thus, interhemispheric asymmetry is not global, but partial: the right and left hemispheres take on a different in structure and unequal in importance participation in the performance of mental functions. Consequently, these two hemispheres work separately, including if necessary, to solve a particular problem. The main goal in the development of Hemi-Sync was to combine the work of both hemispheres, forcing them to work together simultaneously.
How Hemi-Sync Works
Hemi-Sync helps to change brain waves safely with multi-layer audio frequency models. When we hear the corresponding record through stereo headphones or speakers, our brain reacts by creating a third sound (called a binaural beat) that encourages the desired activity of the brain wave.
Here’s how the binaural beats work:
- The sound reproduced in the left ear is heard as one tone.
- The sound reproduced in the right ear is also heard as one tone.
- When playing together, the perceived vibrato is called a binaural beating.
Ultimately, Hemi-Sync can help us improve mental, physical and emotional states by combining verbal guidance, music, and other sound effects with binaural beats. The specific elements for each recording are carefully selected and integrated with appropriate audio frequencies to enhance the desired effect.
Brainwaves and various states of consciousness
There are four main categories of brain waves: Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
Our brain always generates Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta waves.
When we say that a person is in the state of Beta, Alpha, Theta or Delta, this means that this is the strongest signal found at that time in his brain activity.
Beta-brain waves are the fastest frequencies from 14 cycles per second to 38 cycles per second. Beta is our normal thinking, our active external awareness and thinking process. Without the beta, we can not function in the outside world.
Alpha brain waves are waves of relaxed detached awareness, visualization, sensory images and an easy dream. The range of action is 9 cycles per second and 14 cycles per second, Alpha is the gateway for meditation and provides a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind.
Theta-brain waves are the subconscious. Starting from 4 cycles per second to 8 cycles per second. Theta is present in a dream and gives experience of deep meditation when you meditate. Theta also contain a repository of creative inspiration and provide a spiritual connection.
Delta brain waves are an unconscious mind, a state of deep sleep, from about 4 cycles per second to 0.5 cycles per second. When it is present in combination with other waves in a waking state, Delta acts as a search radar – helping us achieve an understanding of things at the deepest unconscious level. Delta is responsible for intuition, sensitive consonance and instinctive understanding. This brain wave is most often associated with energy healing.
Hemi-Sync products
Recently, a lot of products based on Hemi-Sync technology have appeared. However, the only proven and proven source, for many years of serious development, remains the Monroe Institute: https://www.monroeinstitute.org
Their audio programs are designed for a wide range of consumers and promise to help in various situations:
- To correct health
- Improve sleep
- Increase mental capacity
- Get rid of bad habits
We wish you success.
